What makes the VentureBuilt Travel Pillow different?

What makes us different is our complete system that tackles 3 main triggers for poor sleep - 

Light, noise & neck instability. 

Our premium pillow that gives 360 head and neck support combined with mask and earplugs gives you the best opportunity for sleep under the toughest conditions.

Is the pillow suitable for all types of travel?

Yes if you're on a bus or a train or car or even just in an airport lounge you can use our pillows wherever you are.

Is the memory foam firm or soft?

Our memory foam is soft while at the same time keeping enough support for your head and neck to prevent straings and head nodding.

Does it fit all neck sizes?

It is not designed for children although we are thinking of making a little wee one for the kids in the future.

Adults however will find with the adjustable velcro it will fit 99% of adults out there.

Is it bulky to carry?

No! It's so easy to carry  as it comes with a carabiner clip to attach to your bag/suitcase. Or simply roll it up in the pillow with the mask and earplugs in the handy pocket then clip on.

Care & Materials

Can I wash the pillow cover?

Absolutely. The material is a blend of spandex and polyester to make it as rugged as possible while still being soft to touch. 

Please wash in cold water only.

What materials are used?

It is a blend of polyester and spandex which makes it both soft to the touch and tougher for long lasting use.

Does the memory foam lose its shape?

No the memory foam will not lose it's shape. You can scrunch it and roll it up and it will form back to it's correct shape everytime.

Is the fabric breathable?

Yes the fabric is breathable 

Can I purchase replacement covers?

At this stage no we don't have replacement covers as a seperate item.

Shipping & Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Soon! We plan to sell all over the world but we're not there yet.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed withing 24 hours and delivery is 4-8 business days

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes — you can request an address change before your order is dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.

If you need to update your details, please contact us as soon as possible. 

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to your contact email address.

How quickly will my order be processed?

The order will be processed within 24 hours

What if I’m not satisfied with my pillow?

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the product-specific hygiene conditions below.

Product Eligibility

Travel Pillows

Travel pillows may be returned if they are:

Requested within 30 days of delivery

In clean, sanitary condition

Free from stains, strong odors, damage, or signs of heavy or prolonged use

All returned pillows are inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

Returned pillows are not resold as new inventory.

 

Eye Masks

For hygiene reasons:

Eye masks are eligible for return only if unused and in original sealed packaging

Opened or used eye masks are not eligible for return, unless faulty

 

Ear Plugs

Due to hygiene and safety considerations:

Ear plugs are final sale

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is faulty or incorrect on arrival

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

We will offer a replacement or refund

Return shipping is covered by us

Photo evidence may be requested to speed up resolution

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or incorrect items: return shipping covered

Change-of-mind returns: return shipping costs may apply

All costs are communicated before a return is approved.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items.

Faulty items are exchanged at no cost

Change-of-mind exchanges require the original item to be returned and inspected before replacement is shipped

 

Warranty

Travel pillows include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Consumable hygiene items are excluded from warranty beyond faults at delivery.

 

Hygiene Assessment

Items that do not meet hygiene requirements are not eligible for refund or exchange and are not returned to the customer.

How do I start a return?

Simply contact us at support@venturebuiltco.com and our staff will guide you through the process.

Are return shipping costs covered?

For faulty or incorrect items shipped the costs are completely covered. 

For a change of mind return customers will pay the shipping fees.

Can I exchange for another item?

How do exchanges work, and who covers shipping?

Exchanges are available for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll send a replacement and cover all shipping costs.
For change-of-mind exchanges, the original item must be returned and inspected before the replacement is shipped, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
